Tracking My Progress

This year I've decided to come up with a tracking system to support my progress. This chart will help me stay faithful to my goals, hopefully. Based on my top five priorities, I've made a spreadsheet that lists the daily behaviors that I want to exhibit.

In no particular order, here they are:
1. Do something each day to discover your vocation.
2. Use words carefully. No cursing.
3. Meditate daily.
4. Exercise (at least 4 times per week)
5. Read something inspiring.
6. Stop venting and complaining.
7. Get a good night's sleep.
8. Only say good things about people.
9. Be honest.
10. Do something nice for somebody.
11. Participate in something enjoyable.
12. Blog about progress.
